I personally experienced their customer service and have no complaints. One of the door’s locking clasp was missing so I had no choice but to contact them. I was able to use the Online Chat and after providing them the model and part number, they had no hesitation in sending me the missing part. It arrived 3 days later. Ironically enough, I had requested the wrong part, so I had to contact them for a second time. No issues at all, they mailed the missing part with no questions asked.

Assembly Time: 12 hours.
My wife and I began the installation process and spent about 4 hours a day for 3 days so total assembly time ended up at about 12 hours. I felt the installation went very well and the two of us were able to complete it with minimal problems. All the holes were somewhat properly aligned, all the parts required were included, and it didn’t take any special tools. We had all the necessary tools on hand which were clearly listed in the instruction manual.
Tip: Hold this brace to the truss with a clamp to secure it in place while you drill in the self-tapping screws. Otherwise, you will need two people. I used the DEWALT 20V MAX Cordless Drill Driver Kit and it worked perfectly for the assembly. Use the impact setting on 1 and it snugs the screws perfectly.

- The instructions are fairly clear and easy to understand. Read them though or you could miss a critical step.

Cons:
- The knockout screw holes were not all knocked out and left a protruding nubby which was completely in the way (see pic). Take the time to remove them, otherwise they don’t connect flush. This problem probably added 30-60 minutes to the assembly.
- Assembly is somewhat time consuming.
- Minimum of two people to assemble. Preferably three or more.
- You will need a drill. The self-tapping screws for truss support can’t be hand driven.
Flaw: Pre-drilled screw holes with nubby blocking the hole.
Appearance and Sturdiness
The storage shed looks absolutely great, and I was quite impressed with how sturdy the unit is. It comes with break resistant windows and a surprisingly large skylight that spans the entire roof. Plenty of natural light comes into the shed organically. I originally was planning to install lighting but it’s not necessary unless you need it for after dark.

The roof is reinforced with trusses and girders that have substantially strengthened the unit. I live in the South so heavy winds are an issue here. This unit won’t have any trouble withstanding the unpredictable weather.
Tip: For the side doors, make sure the hole is on the far left of the floor panel and reversed on the right side. If you don’t flip the right floor panel, the door frame will cover the hole.
